Drone Academy

A browser-based drone training platform built around a real-time 3D flight simulator — two academies covering camera drone flight, aerial photography and cinematic movement, plus agricultural spraying operations. No download, no hardware.

Business need: Learning to fly a drone normally means buying the hardware first and practising on it — expensive to start, easy to crash, and no way to rehearse a spraying run or a cinematic move before the day it matters.

Approach: Built a full training platform on a real-time 3D simulator that runs in the browser: 21 graded missions across two academies, with multiple flight environments and airframes, covering take-off and hover through gate runs, precision landing, gimbal work, orbits and reveals, and agricultural passes with coverage, no-spray zones, tank management and crosswind. Free accounts save scores, achievements and leaderboard positions.

Claude Plugin — RideOps: AI Motorcycle Assistant

A Claude plugin that works as an AI operations assistant for motorcyclists and small fleets — planning scenic routes, tracking service schedules, logging fuel and running costs, and answering questions across all of it in plain language.

Business need: Riders and small fleet owners keep routes, service intervals, fuel logs and rider documents across scattered notes and spreadsheets, so nothing warns them before a service falls overdue or a trip goes under-planned.

Approach: Built a Claude plugin combining Skills, MCP tools and hooks: it plans rides with distance, time, fuel-stop and weather estimates, keeps maintenance schedules on distance-based reminders, tracks mileage and cost per ride, and answers natural-language questions across the whole dataset. Released open source and installable in Claude Code.

Claude Skill — Notes to Diagram

An AI agent, published as a Claude Skill, that turns unstructured notes, requirements and documents into professional diagrams — flowcharts, ERDs, sequence and architecture diagrams — with editable Mermaid output.

Business need: Teams capture requirements as meeting notes, tickets and documents, then lose hours redrawing the same information by hand every time a spec, review or handover needs a diagram.

Approach: Built an agent that reads text, PDF or Docs input, identifies the entities, relationships and flow inside it, and generates the matching diagram — returning editable Mermaid code alongside PNG, SVG and PDF export. Released publicly on GitHub.

RideVerse.Club

A community platform for motorcycle riders to create and join group rides — from local Sunday runs to multi-day Himalayan tours — with searchable ride listings, rider clubs and approval-based join requests.

Business need: Riders had nowhere central to discover organised group rides, see who was leading them, or coordinate everyone once a run was planned.

Approach: Built a ride discovery and hosting platform with city, date, category and organiser filters, ride and club profiles, approval-based join requests, and a companion Android app in progress.

OhPet.in

Direct-to-consumer e-commerce website for a premium pet essentials brand, covering product discovery across toys, beds, grooming and food, plus enquiry capture.

Business need: A new pet care brand needed an online storefront that felt premium and trustworthy to Indian pet owners from the first visit.

Approach: Built a clean, mobile-first storefront with category-led browsing, bestseller and offer sections, social proof, and a prominent enquiry path alongside the shopping journey.

Calorie Tracker - Plate — AI Daily Food Log

An AI nutrition tracking demo that logs a meal three ways — pick a common food, describe the plate in plain language, or photograph it — and estimates calories and macros against your daily goals.

Business need: Calorie trackers are usually abandoned over data entry — searching a food database for every item is slow enough that most people stop logging within a week.

Approach: Built a demo that removes the entry friction: quick-pick common foods, a plain-language description of the meal, or a photo of the plate, each returning an estimated calorie and macro breakdown tracked against daily goals. Runs entirely in the browser with no account. Estimates are approximate and it is not intended for medical use.

An AI customer-support agent concept designed to answer customer questions, understand intent and automate routine support workflows.

Approach: Conversational AI, knowledge-base search, FAQ automation, ticket classification, human escalation and CRM integration.

LeadPilot AI

An AI-powered sales assistant concept designed to qualify inbound leads, answer product questions and assist sales teams.

Approach: Lead qualification, conversational AI, product knowledge, lead scoring, CRM integration and follow-up automation.

DocMind AI

An AI document intelligence concept that extracts structured information from business documents and makes it searchable and actionable.

Approach: PDF analysis, OCR, data extraction, document classification, AI summarization and natural-language search.

KnowFlow AI

An AI knowledge assistant concept that allows teams to interact with internal business information using natural language.

Approach: Document ingestion, semantic search, RAG architecture, natural-language Q&A, source references and role-based knowledge access.
